Yu Liangxu – Accountant

Yu Liangxu is accountant at Horsten (Xi’an) Innovation Co. Ltd. and has been working at Horsten since October 2003. With his major in accounting, he is responsible for accounting, tax administration and financial reporting, not only for Horsten Xi’an, but also for project-related financial issues.

As a professional staff member and together with our Chinese colleague Shen Jie, he is involved in the financial administration in general and bank related issues of our China office.

He has built up a lot of experience in assisting some of our European customers with the legal set-up of a wholly-foreign-owned enterprise in China: recommendations with regard to the set-up and process flows, preparation of the company incorporation documents, legal and financial advice, tax registration, etc. In this context, he has an important role in optimizing our customers’ legal and financial structure in China.

Yu Liangxu is married and father of one daughter. He enjoys tea culture and likes to read.
